We do not release the private information of any author without consent, if you are trying to find information on an author, please note we are unable to give you any information other than what is posted publicly. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media: We do not collect media from any party. Any images, photographs, digital or print media that has been submitted on this site is considered confidential. We do not collect information from photographs other than to identify copyright holders via tiny eye.

Contact forms: We retain all submissions for 15 days to assess them for publishing, if not selected, we terminate all uploads and submission data within 30 days. 

Cookies: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Your contact information: Your contact information is retained in contact forms or submissions in order for us to contact you. We purge all contact/submissions every four months to ensure that data is not housed on this site. If you wish to request a purge immediately, please contact us and give us your exact name/email and we will purge the contact record.

How we protect your data: We do not house data on this site. All data that is collected through third parties, is for the purpose of targeting ads and or determining web analytics. Specific data such as personal identifying information is not stored on our site or accessible to us other than if volunteered by the submitter to the contact or submission form.

What data breach procedures we have in place: If a data breach occurs, we will advise any party that was potentially affected via public announcement.
