Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products there are some limitations on what can be refunded.
All books purchased through Amazon can be returned directly to them. If you are a Prime member, returns are easy!
On your Amazon account page, find your recent orders. Select the item you wish to return. Provide a reason for the return. If Amazon requires you to return the book for refund, simply follow the steps and drop off your box to your local UPS. Amazon also offers pickup for returns and does offer box-less returns so you don’t have to keep or find a box that fits. Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days. All other outlets generally have a return option. If your unsure how to return a book, contact the outlet you purchased on to complete your return. The Three Little Sisters cannot provide any refunds for books purchased at third party retailers.
If you purchased from us: books can be returned to our Hawaiian location by mail. All returns must be in a standard envelope prepaid for by the customer. Once received, we will return the book to the distribution hub and once we receive a refund, we will issue you a refund in full to the payment method used at check out. This may take up to 30 days.
Due to the nature of decks, if you purchase a deck and it’s damaged in transit, we will replace it. Simply send us back the damaged deck and we will process a replacement. If the deck is returned opened or tampered with, the refund will not be issued. We only refund for damage in transit.
Soaps, Incenses, Bundles, Teas
No refunds are available for soaps, teas, bundles or any herbal/single use product.
Individual crystals, crystal chips inside tubes/bottles or other objects are not returnable unless they are broken in transit. If you receive a broken crystal or broken tube, please take a picture of the item and email us with the photo. We will process the refund.
